Will DC follow?

Follow? Did I misunderstand Bowser's mask mandate she put into effect a few days ago? Wouldn't it already do this?

I thought it requires wearing masks not proof of vaccination?

Starsky is correct. DC is requiring masks but not vaccinations. NYC will be requiring vaccinations but not masks (though they are strongly recommended for all.)

I know at one point i came out against vaccine passports, but opinions evolve with new info and new twists and turns of the virus. Having said that, I prefer the NYC approach to the DC approach. Whatever results in more people getting vaccinated is the step in the right direction.

It’s an interesting question

What helps IMP, Live Nation etc more?

Some people may feel more comfortable attending shows knowing others in attendance are vaccinated …that could translate to more tickets sold...I would be more likely to attend knowing people will be required to be vaccinated

Some people may decide not to attend on political grounds..for some shows such as country music it might be a lot of people

And then there are people who buy tickets without realizing or comprehending they will need proof of vaccination or thinking they can get in anyways…or transferring tickets to someone who is not vaccinated or bringing friends who lo and behold are not! People with tickets denied entry tend to get very angry I have noticed…some people actually arrive at shows drunk and belligerent

You have to add the cost of implementing the vaccine mandate at each show.. I don’t imagine it’s a lot..how much does it slow entry?

I applaud companies getting ahead of government mandates and putting them in place themselves… it’s an interesting issue and I don’t pretend to know all the ins and outs

Definitely prefer the idea of a city-wide mandate, rather than something instituted by individual businesses.

I think texas and FL are determined to make things worse...
the Texas Education Agency released new guidance for schools on how to handle positive COVID-19 cases.

Why would one assume that this is Prosperity Gospel Church when it says right in the tweet the church is called Global Vision Bible Church?
