The first 17 minutes of this is Chill Out verbatim but with far superior audio quality... The second half is still Chill Out but with the copyrighted samples removed, the last 10 minutes however is a new mix with elements of 'Waiting' 'Chill Out' 'This Is Not What...' and a few FX from The White Room movie.

The samples removed were from Elvis, Hendrix, Fleetwood Mac, Earth Wind & Fire and Acker Bilk... The Kopyright Litigation Front!

I know this is the Covid thread, but I don't think I ever knew about The KLF ‎– Chill Out
original CD's of this are going for $70  and 1st pressing vinyl with the samples go in the $200 rage

Hutch I assume you have this on both formats (and likely made me listen to it)?

Well Chill Out is one of my favorites!!!

It was my comedown album for a while

it’s a wonderful record…a personal favorite I have listened to a lot… it would probably make my top 100 albums list

I have a really good bootleg of the original on LP


I can’t imagine it without all the samples!

I recently saw an original at the record store but it was expensive!

It just really relaxes me! It lives up to the name

Can’t say enough good stuff about it

I have kinda always disliked the KLF with that stupid DR. Who song (and I moderately like dr who…. At least the one with the long scarf) and ‘live house’. With the crowd noise
I am sure they did some remixes I liked…
But never knew they released this

What scares me is all the Q-nut-jobs all are going to be running for school board and the ones who know what they are doing and have been doing it for years are just going to say 'hell no, take this job that sucks anyway' next thing you know they are going to do virginity checks in the Dr's office and praying in class in lieu of the pledge

Cut back on your Handmaid's Tale intake....

People like this will be running the school boards if we let them run unopposed

I taught for 40 years, and all that time we desperately tried to get parents involved in their children's education; attend PTA meetings, back-to-school nights, etc. but they couldn't be bothered. Now they're coming but bringing demands, guns, and zip ties. God help us!
