There is really no reason concerts should not begin immediately for the vaccinated.

as long as vax'ed folks are OK paying $2,000 a ticket, sure!  because that's what a venue would need to charge, given how small the population of vax'ed people is.

there is also the issue of finding a band that has been 100% vax'ed.  indie musicians are pretty low on the vaccination priority list...

but please, carry on with your delusion.
