He needs to be careful. Just watched a movie last night where the police put a person in a piano to electrocute them.

Maryland governor signs bill banning the sale of speculative tickets

i'm curious to see how this will be enforced.  seems that the best way would be for resellers having to prove they have the tickets before they can list them... so upload a photo of the tickets - which can be be faked?  show a receipt - which can also be faked?  resellers need to hook into original tiket retailer (TM, etc.) to provide confirmation of ticket owners - which would be expensive and potentially have privacy concerns?  or will this just be a weak-assed fine on resellers if they're proven to have sold speculative tickets?  (so, don't get caught...)

I only though it was a great headline, whether it will actually do anything is another matter

Sadly further proof Michigan is the Florida of the north

Suspended driver joins court hearing while driving

A judge in the US state of Michigan was surprised when a defendant appeared for his remote court hearing while behind the wheel.
Corey Harris, who is charged with driving on a suspended licence, joined the call from a moving car.
"I don't even know why he would do that," the judge said to the defendant's lawyer.
