Hot Chip was great last night. Never realized how much guitar work is actually in their songs. Alexis wearing a Ben's Chili Bowl hat for the encore was a nice touch.

I also enjoyed the opening Canadian rapper and DJ.  He was funny and engaging. Said he loved his time in DC too, so that is always nice.

Not enough Made in the Dark songs so I skipped...

FWIW, the early Modern English show did not have an opener last night. Consequently, the show was over at 7:20, which was glorious.  Fun show.  Over early.  Life was good.

Planning on releasing Pixies tickets today, work sucks.  Wanted to give you all a heads up, will release at 1 to give people time to read this message.  Not sure how quick a release is ready for pickup. 

Released them right at 1.  Got a "live" email at 1:02.  And sold at 1:04.  Hope someone here got them.
