Not surprising:

Even known Ohio State alumni JD Vance knows any “title” won by Ohio State in a year when they lose to Michigan is illegitimate.

How is cutting back AmeriCorp activities making America Great Again? You know the hard working people doing things like

rebuilding homes destroyed in storms to distributing supplies for hurricane recovery

Guess none of the activities happen in red states

i feel like you are both dancing around the issue: these government services are only needed by a minority, AKA for most folks it won't affect them so they can afford to not care.  it's easy to say "fuck those hurricane victims" when you aren't a hurricane victim.  should you become one, well, too bad... no one will hear you, you'll be part of the minority that everyone else says "fuck you" to.

"First they came for the Socialists..."

Obviously being mean and bitter means not caring about other people.

Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski says the quiet part out loud: “We are all afraid… I am oftentimes very anxious about using my voice because retaliation is real.”

yay for checks and balances!

If she really feels that way why doesn’t she leave the Republican Party?

because she's afraid... of losing her job.  if she left the GOP, he conservative voters will vote for someone else.  so she's doing all this, all this sacrifice, in the name of preserving her own employment.  such a warrior.

She is 67 and won’t be up for reelection -if there are elections- in 2028!! It wouldn’t require too much- it’s not asking too much- it’s not exactly a profile in courage to oppose Trump. She isn’t getting sent to El Salvador.

On the eve of Earth Day, President Trump is reportedly preparing an executive order that could strip environmental nonprofits of their tax-exempt status
