Yeah, yeah, yeah.  But we'll be back in full force next year-- just you wait!

(truth be told, i really like basketball mostly for the opportunity to drink pitchers of high life lite and eat nachos.  the game's fine, but the sports bar comestables-- that's what makes me want my team to go all the way.)

I'll take Pitt w/2 pts in what's basically a home game:

North Jersey site could give Pitt advantage

And with a name like Bucky, how can you go wrong?

Actually, it was always funny going around campus seeing students wearing the shirts that just say BUCKY.  Especially if they had bucked teeth.

I don't like UVAs style of basketball so delighted to see them lose, but I feel bad that the kid who was pinned in the corner with time outs and decided tp just THROW THE BALL UP IN THE AIR WILDLY is going to have to see that clip played every year until the end of time.

EDIT: Oh God, he was also the player who missed the free throw on the other end right before.

THEY HAD TIME OUTS REMAINING! He could have just called one!

It was like he thought there was 3 seconds left and the clock would run out before the ball fell back down to Earth and that very much was not the case. It was wild.

Jump to about 1:25 and it starts getting good. 2:08 is where the clip you will see every year until the end of time starts.
