 ???

That was a done deal back in March.  I'm surprised by your confusion.

With O'Shea and Brown gone, it makes much more sense.

Now Gibson?  That move perplexed me with the Scholes retirement...

Ashley Young.....does that mean we can cash in on Nani? (Like Ronaldo..talented but not a United player in my opinion)

Yes.  The last thing united needed was another winger (unless Giggs isn't coming back for one last season...).  Nani out, a central midfielder in.

since i'm not subscribed to fox soccer whachamachannel, my only option for watching the game at home is on Univision. !Viva!

in protest, we'll be drinking margaritas & coronas and cheering for el tricolor.  yes, i realize that makes no sense, but it's a convenient excuse to make and drink margaritas ;D

smackie, where do your allegiances lie?  does your love of the little bean lead you to treason?

univision  bites.. the commentators are awful and couldn't be more pro-mexico/anti US if they tried...

i watch it too when i have to but that channel really sucks... and the commercials- some of them- are beyond sketchy...the women look and act like cheap hookers and they seem to be filmed on ancient cameras...

Univision's commentators are awful, their metaphors are beyond idiotic, and yes, they are very pro-mexico...but I must say, for the most part, Concacaf soccer is unwatchable...hopefully we'll see some decent fútbol tonight...I hope the U.S. makes it to the Confederation Cup, it's really cool when this country gets excited with a soccer match...

Dempsey was awful in the second half, and also Howard, especially in the fourth goal...fun game though, too bad for the U.S., but I guess they need to learn how to stay focused throughout the game...
