Well, I have 4 extras for both the 7th and the 8th, and didn't get ticks through the forum presale. I hope no one minds if i sell most of them. I will be giving two away as a BY prize too.

At the holidays, I suppose the seller on Ebay will be receiving coal from evilsanta?...(there's a reason his/her screen name is really evilsatan   )

did anyone get tix for these final nyc shows now?

i got 4, but in my case sensitive typing frenzy, i'm not sure for which show i got (early or late).

also, how's hammerstein ballroom as a venue?

also pt. 2, i might have two dec. 7th orchestra seats for sale now that i have tix for dec. 8th and 18th.

Hammerstein isn't bad, I've seen a few shows there and it's a decent venue. It's like a stripped down House of Blues type deal with balconies and a few levels. I've never been to Roseland, people tell me Hammerstein if a more desirable venue. Webster Hall is pretty OK too, I like Irving Plaza a lot as well.

I actually got my 7th and 8th tickets unbelievably fast. I've been listening to The Pixies live cd and am now glad I got both nights.   :D

i wonder when the forum "regular" who sold his tickets via ebay is going to justify his actions given that people were and still looking for tickets in ticket x-change forum.

remember lots of work was put in to setup up that presale and to turn around and sell tickets with offering them first to other forum members is an insult.

Yeah...that is totally crappy. It would be one thing if this person had sold them off at face value to friends or buddies or people on here...at least they would have been sold in a way that was excusable. But given what had to happen to make that presale a reality, it gets me mad because it could mess up further presales or perks for Forum members. Not cool.

I'm sure he/she will fess up on who he/she is. I say, hook us all up to a lie detector and get to the bottom of it. Guilty boardie beware, you will not get away with this.

i guess the question is was it a regular? - I thought the threshold for inclusion was anyone who had posted on this thread before a certain date - that included a lot of people who were there only for Pixies tix/info and haven't been seen since....

Speaking of, are there any board regulars who need/want tickets to the show on the 7th?  Just wondering...
