Here's a reformatted recap I sent on Facebook today:
Pretty great show. Never seen the guy before, but all of the gripes people usually put out (mumbles, can't recognize songs, etc.) weren't an issue in the least. Sure he sounds like he's doing a bad Tom Waits impression at times, but that was a pretty killer set, I thought. Knew more songs than I was expecting...and that open combo was sweet. Dude seemed to be into it too; lots of miming at the mic and even a few songs with him on guitar.
Here's a setlsit I found online. Can't vouch for it 100%, but it has all of songs I knew in the right order:
1. Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again
2. Don't Think Twice, It's All Right
3. Man In The Long Black Coat
4. Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum
5. If You Ever Go to Houston
6. High Water (For Charley Patton)
7. Most Likely You Go Your Way (And I'll Go Mine)
8. Forgetful Heart
9. Cold Irons Bound
10. Workingman's Blues #2
11. Highway 61 Revisited
12. Ain't Talkin'
13. Thunder On The Mountain
14. Ballad Of A Thin Man
Encore:
15. Like A Rolling Stone
16. Jolene
17. All Along The Watchtower
Any reports on the Dylan show last night? Looked like a good list, esp. the Cold Irons Bound
