Beady Eye tomorrow.

Prepping for disappointment, so maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised if Liam doesn't sound like a goat being strangled.

You're not the only one, though I skipped 2007 and 2009 tours 'cause I lost interest from the 'alright' shows from 2003-2005. The new album is fantastic though and this tour with the string quartet is her best since 2001.

Pretty sure I'm the only person here who likes Tori Amos, but the show last night was one of her best ever.  And the meet and greet was fantastic.  I think she was always meant to play with a string quartet.

Agreed.

Saw Kyuss Lives! at Rams Head Live last night, unfortunately it was a little underwhelming sound-wise, they sounded far superior at the 930.

I actually just got back into watching it this summer after a ten plus year hiatus.  This will be my first event, and I am very excited for it.  It also ends my drought of going to shows (music, wrestling, comedy, whatever) due to me finally leaving "under-employed" status.

Last night...Lucero proved they are one of the most boring bands in the planet.

And the Truckers killed it. Anybody know the song that namechecked "Sweet Home Alabama" toward the end? I'm not talking about "Ronnie and Neil", which they didn't play.

And who know "The Living Bubba" and "Used to Be a Cop" were makeout songs? Saw two separate bros put the "choke hold/ram tongue down the bitches  throat for extended periods" move on their women during those respective songs.

And there were more beards there last night than...insert your favorite bead reference joke here...
