Technically Lily, the Manics are really a 90's a band...their debut LP didn't even emerge until 1992. But the Waterboys definitely remind me of the 80's.

Also going to the Feelies in Philly Saturday.

Sturgill Simpson twice this week.

The first show (smaller venue) was better than the second, but both were good.  Also, Sturgill's pre-pubescent drummer accepted my fiancee's friend request on FB and not mine.  He's my new hero....
