Wanted to hit that up, but my new refusal to go to sold out shows didn't allow for that to happen.

Friday - Delfest

surprisingly not a super packed sold out show
they were really good...was odd leaving the club at 8:30

Maybe someone could do a research project on sold out skinny hipsters/chicks/lgbqt attendees vs. pear shaped middle aged men sold out shows and see how much actual room is left in the club?

My daughter said the Whitney show exceeded her expectations  (She's a big fan).  I asked her, how so?  Her response-  "they stopped drinking so they had it much more together"

Yeah the lead singer made some comment that the band hadn't had a drink in 3 days
but at the end of the show they were like "what's everyone doing?  can we meet you at a bar"
they said the show they played at dc9 1.5 years ago...only 5 people showed up, couldn't believe they sold out the 930
