Did I read somewhere that one of the original members left the band recently?

Thanks.  I haven't seen them live, but from the album it doesn't sound like that's a dealbreaker for the group.

I was thinking about this last night after observing the British Sea Power $25 t's and the Doves $25 t's

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that because of the exchange rate the bands are only seeing themselves as getting 10 or 12 pounds per t-shirt

wonder how much they are selling their merch for in England

yeah i was thinking the same thing about last night's shirt as well. but as snow patrol was a more expensive ticket in NYC than here, maybe the shirt prices correlate. so by that theory, it means the SP shirts should be less tonight. would they actually price the shirts higher than the show itself?

I'll bet those bands are in the $50 range...that was the range for Madonna, Prince and the Moveon.org show....Yes, for t-shirts, not even hoodies.

BSP tees sell for GBP11 on their site.  Roughly USD20.

well, let's just say that even boring shows are great now that DC9 stocks sparks.  I recommend y'all try it before tonight's show.  It adds an edge that's, well, fun.
