It must be a cold day in hell if you are calling someone out on misspelling.

The undeniably rocking album-opener, "Our Love," also contains references not traditionally found in modern American pop music. "I got really into reading collected love letters, specifically the ones from Richard Wagner to his mistress and from Franz Kafka to his translator. Both of the women were married and both of the men were doomed. Wagner comes off in his letters like kind of an asshole, go figure, but Kafka's letters were so sweet it broke my heart to read them. I could totally identify with this guy. It was like his love was threatening to cause his heart to burst in his chest like a lemming's."

So Rhett, please explain the role and significance of Wagner and Kafka in the broader theme of Rhett's song? [/b]

How does this help you ponder your own personal issues?

Who said it had to? I don't want to pschoanalyze a rock star, and I don't care if his music helps me to ponder my own issues.

His job is to keep me mentally and aurally entertained...

I always spell longer or rarer words correctly because I pay attention to how they are spelt. I dont really care about the simple words.

I hope you all know I can spell them already and that I am just lazy in my proofreading.

there is no surer way of looking a putz than mis-spelling an uncommon word. It makes it look like you are reaching beyond your abilities. The cardinal sin in the UK.

The other sure fire way of looking like an asshole is criticisizing other peoples spelling.

or never using commas , and going...... al the time......

trying to point out the consistency in Rhetts postings? It all makes perfect sense to me.

I don't use pop music as an aid to ponder my own personal issues. When I said I prefer to ponder my own issues, I meant I prefer to ponder my own issues rather than Bob Pollard's issues.

I'm not sure what your point is?

what is your point?

 crit·i·cize    ( P )  Pronunciation Key  (krt-sz)
 v. crit·i·cized, crit·i·ciz·ing, crit·i·ciz·es
 v. tr.

 1.   To find fault with: criticized the decision as unrealistic. See Usage Note at critique.
 2.   To judge the merits and faults of; analyze and evaluate.

you can spell that word multiple ways. I prefer criticise, the English way. It does stem from crtic for gods sake. I used a Z to Americanise it a little.

 critisize is awful looking.

 Alright, asshole?

wow I must have been struck by indecision I spelt it both ways....

As I know how to spell it, can you forgive me and pass it off as lazy proofreading, just like I already suggested?
