Go K8teebug! I'm loving the new TVOTR, but then I've loved them since the first time I heard them on the Black Cat Backstage in March 2004. I still think "Staring at the Sun" is the quintessential TV on the Radio song. My first impression is that I like this album more than the "Return to Cookie Mountain". "RtCM" was definitely a grower for me, and I don't think it realized its full potential until I heard the songs live.
 
 I think the new Jenny Lewis album is good, worth getting and listening to for sure, if you're a fan, as long as you don't go it it with expectations of it being as good as or the same as "Rabbit Fur Coat."

Yes, I love Soundpool. Have seen them a few times and they are very good live. Also, I've played them on The Trans-Atlantic Underground via the different stations it's been on including my current station, Brit Radio. And if that isn't enough, I've got several Soundpool songs currently airing on my radio station, Air Atlantic Underground. Good stuff. In fact, The TAU is airing now as I type. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00PM till midnight. I think I have some Soundpool in this very show. "For Better Or Worse" is airing. I name each TAU show. All playlists listed in my TAU MySpace blog. Because I'm actually listening to it now, it keeps me on topic.

  I'm really enjoying the new stuff I got. They initially peaked my interest around the time I posted those Hipshit Mixes. Hopefully a few on here took advantage of grabbing that. Good stuff and a great way to wade through stuff you may have missed that turn out being gems !

 He's outdone himself.
 The hard-driving aggression of Blood Visions was scaled back in favor of catchy lo-fi pop songs. And they're all just as good as anything on Blood Visions but in a completely different way. A lot of these new songs are slower; wonder if that'll mean a longer show this time around.
