Jane, Inc . . . is giving me old school, Sheila E vibes.  Nice!

I love Arcade Fire.  I know.  Listening to their new stuff.  Still, love them.

This album is just gorgeous

Somehow found this at the store a month ago…I hadn’t listened to Mehldau in a while

Curiously this cd was made in Argentina which is not too surprising as he is quite popular there… Argentina really is Bill Evans country and I have always seen Mehldau as an Evans descendant

Dubstar - Two

Best know for the breakbeat single "Stars" released in 1992

They have re-united for a fantastic new album currently on repeat.  Fans of the Pet Shop Boys and St. Etienne will enjoy this...

The album ends with a sublime version of R.E.Ms Perfect Circle

"Bronco" by Orville Peck. On KEXP.

This may be the fist time I've heard Orville Peck. I don't like it.

Fontaines D.C. - Skinty Fia - Really grew on me.  I think much better than the 2nd album.  Not as raw as their first, but a bit more interesting and diverse sound.  I blame the 9:30 show for my recent bout with Covid.

I can’t believe nobody in my family- as far as I know- has gotten it yet…

I got my second booster Sunday.

Hoping the streak continues for you and the family.  It wasn't enjoyable.

This The Mysterines album has been in heavy rotation and one of the best albums I've heard this year
The whole album is great from start to finish

Highly recommended and looking forward to the show tonight at DC9

Bummed I’m going to miss this one.. and in true music snobbery while this a great listen, I prefer their earlier EPs… been a fan of theirs for a couple years now

For some reason I'm going through The Cure catalogue.  Good stuff!
