don't know if true but I read he blew a .02 when the legal limit is .08.  How could he be charged if he is under legal limit?

Do not condone DUI but .02 is bullshit.

Edit:

In NJ, there's no difference between a DUI and a DWI.  The legal limit is 0.01%

Where are you getting 0.01 from?

That only applies for under 21, but to be fair, Springsteen looks great for his age.

.02 produces a calming effect, iirc. Not much more than that.

There has to be more to the story

National parks are usually pretty deserted roads wise

He parked his bike, posed for pics with fans, one of them gave him a shot, he drove off.

Also, it's a National Recreation Area, not a National Park. I've been up there in the summer and the roads are anything but deserted. Though i would guess they would be in the winter.

Yeah, unless not everything is being reported.

Also, why is this being reported now when it happened in November?

Well that does clarify things. If true, that is.

For some the covid interregnum will be transition point between middle age and elder age...

I thought you were about to say "between middle class and upper class" there at the end and I was like, "oh, finally, an intriguing topic brought up by Hutch! Let's discuss!"
