with the general hype around them I'd be shocked if it didn't sell out - is the album any good?

Show in NYC sold out in 2 hours yesterday.  Other than NYC and DC, only other show is in Austin, TX.  No others scheduled yet.

If by DM you mean Danger Mouse, he is involved with the album.  He produced it.

The album is fairly incredible in my opinion and I got tickets to this show this morning.  It's actually on my birthday.  Who wants to hang out at the zoo the day of?

It will be great to see Tony Allen and I hear there may be a Clash song involved in the encore.

Webster Hall holds 1400 and sold out in a hurry. I would expect a fast sell out here and I can't wait for the show.

And NYC Metro area probably has five or more times the population as DC Metro area.

I like this record as well... It's going to take a couple more listens to hear all the layers in this one, but it has the feel of Damon Albarn sitting in with the Clash during the Sandinista recording sessions.

according to pitchfork's review of their show in Bristol, UK, "Guns of Brixton" is the encore.  This is your big chance, kids ....
