Anyone ever eat at the Birchmere? Is it halfway decent or totally vile?

Anyone going to Henry Rollins tomorrow night?

Overpriced (way) bar food.  Not vile, but not worth it all.  Mostly picnic-type tables for seating.

i was there the other day...they have decent food.  i dont think its that overpriced...I got a steak and cheese for aound 10-12 bucks i think which is comparable to most bars in the area.

nope the area sucks. women, be smart. oh thats right, no women read this board! there is potomac yard shopping ctr w some drinking/eating places out front. a mc stinkys on rt 1 and 23rd st in c.city is sorta hopping for ccity. strip bar next to 7-11. i dont go bc i like to 'eat' not just c menu. besides im tired of running out of 'ones' and asking if i could use change and if i can put it somewhere else instead. messy fingers. freddies is a cool bar [it happens to be a gay bar but welcoming to all].

Seating is first come, first served. So if you want to be up there with rollins sweating on you, have to get there early, suck it up and eat the food.
