No question Bono is a total megalomaniac....in fact in interviews i've heard him admit to this as well as that little messiah complex he's got.
That being so, I don't see how anyone could have a problem with his philanthropic activities. Sure they feed his ego, sell records and I get really sick of watching the news and reading magazines and seeing him EVERYWHERE. But bottom line is he's making a difference. And even if you don't think is (and we could debate this all day but I won't bother) at least he's trying.
