Really welcome back... I'm wondering if your post should be turned into a stickie along with donation info.

Oh God, not him again. I thought we got rid of him when Bush got elected a second time. I guess he didn't realize we don't care what he thinks.

Good message, except for the global-warming diatribe.  Global warming has no basis in scientific fact.

Global warming is a myth, sir. There is no scientific basis for it. Neither is the link between global warming and bad weather true. You've watched "The Day after tomorrow" too many times.

you are joking right, there is no science that says that is definitely what is happening, but there is plenty of evidence, I dont get people who seem to want to believe this is a myth, despite the evidence

"The Day after tomorrow" is an exaggeration of what could happen, it would never happen that fast or that dramatically, but there is evidence that the continuing melting of the polar caps could affect the world climate, leading to drought in europe and extreme weather in general

to not want to spend the money or to make poltical treaties based on the available information is one thing, but to say it is a myth is just ignorant and in most cases politically motivated (I have no idea what your politics are so I wont make that assumption)

I'm not claiming New Orleans is the result of Global Warming, I am just saying it is idiotic to blindly say that global warming is a myth, it is not on the same level as square clouds
