They're almost there.  I won't buy one at 16 GB, but when it gets bigger, it's time for a new iPod.  It's all about the wifi.

I can't find official news, but I'm guessing flash because the size is so small.  There is also a new 160 GB iPod Video (same form factor as 5th Gen).

The Ipod Touch is flash memory and 16GB isn't close to being enough for me to think about it.  My 60 GB got IJacked a few weeks back so I'm pretty set on gettin the 160. Finally I can put it all on there.....60 GB was way short for me.

I think the clarendon apple store will have some of the new models in today.  I plan on plunking down my $350 ($150 actually...a client just gave me a $200 amex gift card) on one of the 160gb models.  That oughta hold me for a while!
