Dem nominee dropped out in Nov 2019 (likely due some good dirt GOP black ops found)
 Because he dropped out after the filing deadline, the Democratic Party of Arkansas can only nominate a replacement if the candidate dies, becomes seriously ill, leaves the state, or files for another office.

Not that it's likely a Dem could win in AK (jez Hutch, cut a man some slack) AR, but seems insane that a Senate seat would go unopposed!
