I said some people will need time to adjust... today’s updated guidance will help

Please refer back to your accusations and assumptions of me, not nice.

First of all I don’t know that I said anything that terrible.. exaggerated a bit..a slight “joke” gone awry...said you lacked empathy for what others understandably felt about masks due to the pandemic ..you may have misunderstood and I may have misexpressed myself..

But I apologized that same day..

This has gotten utterly ridiculous

This is an Internet forum where almost all participants don’t even know each other so I am not sure the standard of behavior you are holding me to exists....
this is not Aaron Burr publicly slurring Alexander Hamilton or something

I have noticed you like to dish it out but can’t take it..

Like I said.. this is an Internet forum.. about all we have in common is we like live music..

And I don’t believe anything in the updates guidance contradicts anything I have said.. after over a year some people- perhaps even myself- will need time to adapt to the new “rules”... the new rule came out today Yada...we don’t go by some opinion a random person on the internet publishes on a forum under an alias...however much we may like him....there is nothing wrong with that

Apology accepted... And I offered to stop "arguing" about it days ago but certain people keep bringing it up!

Carry on.

I'm going to insist -- now that you've put the idea in my head -- that you two settle this with pistols at dawn.

No hiking or mountain climbing but I did manage to get the grass cut.  So there's that. Should've gotten the shot in my non-throwing arm; I'm afraid I lost some velo on my heater.

Might I suggest a footrace instead?

Experts recommend giving your doctor a copy of your vaccination card for inclusion in your medical record.

Nothing says "US healthcare system" quite like an easily forgeable piece of paper that is meant to be proof of your immunization  :o

and easily forged
It should be able to be looked up in a database tied to your social security #...but then more privacy issues abound

yes, which is why I said easily forgeable ;-)

What are the privacy issues? Every time you go to a doctor or fill a scrip it generates data that pings around the health care system all day long. Vaccination data shouldn't be any different.
