As I recall the Draft Perot movement morphed into his ground game but paid staff was probably very few people. There was that bozo Rollins but I think he got shitcanned
Clinton was not an option. I could tell he was a sleaze and liar. I did not realize how much but I knew. Just the same vibe I got from John Edwards.
And since I really liked Perot’s message on the need to curb spending so I was happy to vote for him. Ultimately his message, for a time, won out when Republicans destroyed Clinton in 1994 and he was forced to play ball. To that I think we owe our last burst of prosperity
