these dates are in between proper METRIC shows, and the "Soft Skeleton" are comprised of some familiar faces...so she's still not taking in ALL the ducats, this won't merely be Em + guitar

Doesn't Veruca Salt still have enough indie cred to play inside the city limits? Velvet Lounge, DC9, Red & The Black, Warehouse, hell even Talking Head or Sonar in Baltimore but don't banish them to the burbs just yet

Did they ever have any indie cred? I bet more of their fans live in the burbs that DC. And i'll bet JAXX has a larger capacity than any of the places you list.
