i would be there, but ill be at white lies that night. seems everyone is playing on the 27th in nyc. tix were more than i thought they'd be, so im glad i chose the cheaper option, besides the fact next time white lies hits nyc it'll be at a bigger club since theyre at the top of the charts in the UK.

Based on your suggestion, I checked out the new Goblin Cock record and have to say it is great.  Good sludgy 70's-ish metal. 

I believe I will also be making a firm commitment for the DC9 show.

white lies are also playing the 26th, i doubt you'll have a problem trading your friday ticket for a thursday one (or just selling your friday).  booka haven't toured since... uh... i dunno.  WL will be back.

what do you do, just have a concert stipend taken out of monthly/weekly work check to afford all the shows you go to, or are you just sleeping your way to the top?
