Wow! That was fast. I was ready to buy tickets, but then I saw they're playing The National in Richmond two nights later. I'll be in Yorktown that week, so The National show works better for me.

Hmmm I don't see the National on TVOTR's schedule but they do have a second night at the 930 club though if no one knew that.

Not sure when they go on sale but saw the listing on pollstar.  Anyone know what the exact date for them playing at the National is?

I just called 930 and they told me that the TVOTR presale was not all 1200 tickets.  Looks like there is still hope!  Obviously, if the trend continues, this will sell out ASAP so get up and make it to the computer!

Also, no Franz Ferdinand date?  They are playing at the Electric Factory but no 930!?

Sorry to keep cluttering this thread with TVOTR info, but The National (Wed. 6/10/09) pre-sale tickets just went on sale. Same link (ArtistArena) as the 9:30 Club pre-sale.

I got my tickets! :)

It's common knowledge that presales usually consist of a very small percentage of the total amount of tickets.
Most of the time, it's 10-20.

i went out and bought mpp.  never listened to ac before, but said, hey what the hell.  it was at circuit city at 40% off.  man, i really dig them now.  is it just me, but are they the new beatles . . . after the lsd changed the band from "i want to hold your hand" to "strawberry fields"?
