CRACKER930Thurs Jan 11
Quote from: rich_WDC on November 05, 2017, 05:02:09 pmCRACKER930Thurs Jan 11Has anyone been to see them? Is the crowd a bunch of us old people or is it a frat boy fest. Do people even say frat boy fest anymore?
I've probably been to the 9:30 Club for perhaps 25 concerts. Once, while minding my own business [at a Cracker show], a blindly drunk guy, unprovoked, pushed my girlfriend, kicked me, and smashed a bottle over my head.
Getting a bottle smashed over my head at a Cracker show
Except for the guy who crack the beer bottle over my forehead at the Cracker show.
When I went to the Cracker show, I didn't expect to spend 8 hours in the Howard University Hospital to give me stitches for a wound suffered from an unprompted beer bottle attack from someone who had drank about 10 too many.
A drunk dude once smashed his bottle over my forehead at a 9:30 Cracker/Camper show, requiring multiple stitches after five or six hours of being ignored at Howard Hospital.

I went to one cracker/camper show at 930. was under-attended, mostly older dudes. no-hassles.
