The other side of that coin is if your team goes through 4-0 you have a chance of losing your rythm and momentum while waiting for the next round to start. I'd say, injuries aside, it would be better to not have a break during the playoffs.

i'm not going to speak for the rangers, but the rest will be good for crosby, hossa and especially roberts. wont say i'm not a little worried about lost rhythm, though. but, if the pens play the rangers, it would be an issue for both teams. we shall see

man, oh man this day is taking forever.

can we all just hope Boston can pull just one more game out.

even the Pens/Flyers/Caps fans have to like seeing Montreal disposed of, right?

I'll be rooting for Boston but if I had to pick, would prefer Calgary winning their game 7.

Well, Smackette's out of town and the Angels are off tonight so nothing like 5 or 6 periods of playoff hockey to keep me out of trouble.

I've been a subscriber for so long that after four beers, even I can't talk myself into believing Cindy's 18 any longer.  Just.  Can't.  Quit.  Her.

My girlfriend has forbidden me from continuing with my attempts to grow a Red Wings playoff beard. But she watches the games with me and is willing to wear my old Shanahan jersey, so I think its a fair compromise.

Only problem is (as a Pens fan) - the Pens get the Bruins next then right? 2 v. 8?

I've been sayin that I don't like the Boston matchup. Even less so if they prove to knock out the top seed.

Much rather player the Caps, Devils, Flyers (in that order.)
