Was Seth able to scrape up some Lounge Lizards? The Urban Verbs? Tex Rubenowitz (sp?)? Tiny Desk Unit? Sadly, we know it's too late for The Cramps. Black Market Baby? Minor Threat is a good guess. Dave Grohl, in some form, would be a cool surprise for his fans considering that the club was his playpen of sorts, though I highly doubt that would happen. Then again, if Dave's in town, bet he'd enjoy stopping in for the party.

Of that list, I'm thinking that The Urban Verbs have the best chance of making an appearance.

Tomorrow at the club is a dark day and Shrinebuilder are playing last-minute shows in the states to make up for canceled Euro dates including one in Richmond tonight. How about adding one here?

Edit: and if that's not doable, you'll sell at least a few more tickets if they are added to the Rams Head Tuesday bill.

Keane are touring the UK, Ireland, and Portugal in May, June, and July and will be in America (Denver) for a festival in August...

Any chance they could stop by the Club or DAR C.H.?

I had to miss the show the last time they were here and would LOVE to see them.

50 Cent is touring, and will be in NC on 6/19 and doesn't have a show schedule for the 20/21 before being in NYC on the 22nd.  All the shows are in small venues, is there any chance of a club show, and not a Baltimore show?  Thanks.

Hey Seth!

Gary Numan had to cancel his brief US stint last weekend because of the volcano. He has said he plans to return around September to make up for it, and this time, include more dates. Oh yeah - he's performing The Pleasure Principle in its entirety, too.

This would make an absolutely awesome club show.

How about a 50 Cent/Gary Numan co-headlining bill?

Damn, I would totally go to that. The Pleasure Principle was one of the first records I ever bought, if not the first (exclusing Disco Duck, Free to Be You & Me, and Abba).
