I thought a 930 club show would be perfect for Boards of Canada...15 year anniversary of Music Has a Right to Children .. perform the entire album live... ;D

If a band isn't touring, don't gig offers need to be much much higher? I imagine it would cost an arm and leg to book a gig for a one-off show. Think about all of the expenses that would occur as one-time, as opposed to incurring over a 30 day tour.
