http://www.slicingupeyeballs.com/2013/03/03/peter-murphy-35-years-of-bauhaus-tour-dates/

He's a great great performer but its a real shame that Ash/David J/Kevin Haskins are all in the wilderness either writing for soundtracks or playing in front of 20 people......I want to see them together whether its as Bauhaus or preferably Love and Rockets (Seth make it happen!)...

Some of these bands, especially The Bats, at UHall would be stellar. http://www.brooklynvegan.com/archives/2013/03/the_bats_close.html

I came in here to ask the same thing. Peter Murphy doing all Bauhaus tunes would quite fun.

hey SETH!

hiya!

how bout Steve Mason (formerly of the Beta Band) in late April? He's playing only LA in the US and maybe a gig on the way home? New album coming out soon...

thanks!

David Thomas just played Sonic Circuits last September. I heard mixed reviews.

I love Pere Ubu, and David Thomas is an eccentric nutball. I saw him once have a tantrum at the old 9:30 and another time I saw him have a nervous breakdown backstage. If you're going to go see him perform, don't expect a happy fun time.

One person told me it was pretty much a comedy act but he was unsure as to whether or not the comedy was intentional.

The only time I've seen them was the Cloudland tour. Thomas seemed pretty jovial then, on and off stage.

I can't see them being booked in the main club; they're a U St or Black Cat act.
