NYC: Sep 25 & 26: Caetano Veloso

Can we bring him closer, or should I buy tickets for NYC?

great question!

he's never played an IMP promoted show that i know of and Seth is on record about how they dont' know shit bout latin music..... he played lisner last time i want to say.....i saw him at the warner in 1998 (Livro Tour)...stellar show...that was the place and time to see him for DC concertgoers.... a bit unfortunately for me i was more a nervous man on the make than concentrated listener....

then in 2001 or 2002 I saw him in Bs As for the Noites Da Norte Tour (still a favorite album).... that was good but my seats were a bit too far...

and thats all i got to add here...Seth, baton to you...

grateful

They might want to wait until they have their new album our (release date unknown as far as I know) before the full tour.

Bob Dylan is playing three dates at the Paramount in Seattle in October...

How about a few shows at the Lincoln or Strathmore?
