They sound like my mom's smooth jazz records.  Dave's singing doesn't help.

Dave Matthews Band is about as exciting as listening to a dial tone while eating an unflavored ricecake.

That would be so much more preferable and much less irritating.

And Myuman, how on earth did you ever get the idea that DMB were 'pop shoegazers'!? You are waaaayyyyy off the mark with that one. Do you even know what Shoegaze is, be it Pop or not? They are, however, Pop. Pop goes the shit, especially if they are driving over a bridge.

Yea, it is a shame.

If you're going to change the post to read REM instead of "DMB," then at least go through the rest of the text and make the relevant changes. Lazy.  :p

Next to U2, the most overrated band in popular music history.  Hippie music for fratboys.  Good music for a dentist's office, maybe.  Rhythm section is talented I suppose, but that voice and those lyrics are so painfully annoying I can't say anything else nice.

Man, you guys have some really bad taste in music!  That's the worst part of living in the UK....they don't play any Dave Matthews Band on the radio.  I'm feeling really homesick now.

if I were living in the UK and I couldn't hear Dave Matthews, I'd probably kill myself!

Yes...except "Orange Crush" was on REM's seventh release.  ;)

I respect him for creating a genre where none existed.  Not my bag, but he has had vision and kept it going for a lot longer than I thought possible.

DMB frst 2 albums were great and the band put on some great shows that I saw. However, everything else since has been crap. A complete waste of time in my opinion. Two Step is probably their greatest song ever. Dumping poop on people is not cool.
