I'm going to see DBT tomorrow night, and they rock harder than most.

Most what? Adverbs?

Sorry, I forgot to use capitalization. I was comparing them to these guys. I'm sure azag and snailhook can tell you all about them.

The only thing wrong w/ JANE'S concert is their short show.
65 mins, 55 mins, m-a-y-b-e 70-75 mins..
Still, a heck of an hour.
I love 'em

NIN was also amazing on that tour.  I will never forget the big fat shirtless guitarist dusted in yellow something with electrical tape over his nipples.  Also seeing Trent for the first time knock down other band members as they were playing was pretty cool.

Wait what? I don't think Richard Patrick was ever big and fat. lol

I'm pretty sure I remember reading an interview with Dave in Guitar Player around when Ritual came out and he said he started using Ibanez after he sold his Les Paul for smack money.

yeah but since Jane's ended he's been using a lot of Paul Reed Smith guitars out of Baltimore, like when Panic Channel played at the 930 Club in 2006.

Isn't Ibanez preferred by cheezy metal guitar players?  Well then I guess it suits Dave...not the metal part, but the cheeze.

LOL Yeah totally George Benson, John Scofield, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, and Pat Metheny are total cheezy metal guitar players :)

I think you're thinking of BC Rich, which is definitely for the cheezy metal.

Isn't Ibanez preferred by cheezy smooth-jazz/prog rock guitar players?  Well then I guess it suits Dave...not the  smooth-jazz/prog rock part, but the cheeze.

LOL You'll need to edit that one again because Dave is smooth-jazz. Could be his nickname, plus stop making fun of Ibanez :(
