really? do you not like metal, or do you need more than 50% of the bands on a bill to not suck?
while the S/N ratio is indeed pretty low, i could certainly find enough to entertain myself with at that festie - except for day 2 (avenged, etc), literally nothing worth showing up for.
- support: Pantera, Mammoth WVH, Five Finger Death Punch, Ice Nine Kills. this sucks, as i fear this might be the only opportunity to see Pantera in these markets. ugh.
so far my pantera fears hold... nice to see them play headlining sets at a few festivals before they fall under the yoke of being a metallica opener for 2 years, like the one mentioned above or
this one. but: still only non-metallica tour markets. dammit.
