Also I think that a lot of this stuff could be salvaged...hope they let the fire/police guys pick through to get the ones that were still viable

Yes, pick up is fine whenever.

The DDH Mylar from this past week is my favorite beer I've had of theirs... However, the "small" series is my YSAO in all aspects as it's low ABV and delicious.
