based on your experiences with Jiffy Lube, would my leave a song or two early be the first one out of the lot idea work less successfully at the Lube than other sheds I've been to around the area/country?
Not taking sides on this incredibly entertaining exchange, but I'll say yes - it could be less effective at JL than most other sheds. It's better than waiting until the very end, but you're also underestimating just how terrible parking can be here. JL is one of the worst, if not the worst sheds I've ever been to. I've probably been to 15-20 of them - not a bad sample-size.
Parking at JL is hit-or-miss. It's not _always_ as bad as people make it out to be, but when it's bad, it's horrendous. Leaving early is a good idea, but it's not a surefire way to avoid the crush of getting out, which can take hours.
