I could see if it was humans blasting their stereo, but this is absurd (Why it landed in this thread)
What surprised me from the dog parks I go to...there isn't incessant barking
it's not like a kennel
there are a few barks hear and there, but since they are off leash and not behind a fence where they can't see the other dog they usually just run around and have a good time
The pun's in there were almost unbearable
the reporter did drop " kerfuffle" in there, so Julian is sure to read now
