Evidently unemployment has not really improved.  The percentage of the unemployed hasn't gone down since the recession began.  It is just peoples benefits run out.  I guess with the cut to 6 months from a year of benefits the reported rate will be much lower.

Oh, you fucking just didn't. Have you seen my oeuvre? Have you fucking seen it? My collection of works in this capacity is legendary. I'm the goddamned Nelson Mandela of this community. I spent years in online Elba for my efforts, and some sniveling punk who's best known for complaining Baltimore and Richmond are stealing DCs shows wants to talk about talking truth to fucking power. Oh fuck no.

 That is awesome but I stand by my comment ....

I could add other issues I've raised over the years directly with the Lord Hurwitz such as the high cost of beer, ticket charges, etc........ I don't know if word got to you in Elba... I must admit its all blurring together at this point...there were also my rants about how Seth should build a medium sized venue.. of course none of this did anything but provoke laughter and the usual silly willy "DAR is awesome!" type comments

I have never had the courage to ask him I must admit whether what an ex 930 employee from the very early days told me.. he did seem a bit disgruntled and was imbibing liberally (also he was creepin on me) but he said that Seth made his money selling pot at the 930..and that is how he got his start..he was adamant about it... like I said you didn't hear it from me....also there were rumours he wa into field hockey players..

I bet seth had good weed back in the day.

Sorry to disappoint, but my dad wasn't a record mogul at the level of Barry Gordy.

Here in all it's basic HTML glory is the website for Alembic Arts.  THe Johnny Allen record was only released on cassette and someday I hope we can put it out digitally.  Especially since Pistol Allen played drums on the session.  This isn't all of the releases my dad put out, just the ones that are available online.  He was also skeptical of digital downloads.
