Why is VA better? 

Less crime, better history, better parks, better drivers. There's more money flowing through Virginia, but I don't think that makes it better because if you live in Fairfax or Loudon [some of the richest counties in the country] it doesn't automatically make you insanely rich or insanely snooty. I mean, route 1 through Alexandria is a straight shit hole.

Plus we have the Birchmere AND Empire. I mean. Come on.

Serious question - on the Maryland driver's test, does the state instruct drivers to always use the left lane regardless of whether there is traffic in the right lane(s) and furthermore, to drive well below the speed limit when in the left lane?
