Learned today that Grand Funk Railroad is still active and almost predictably regarding 70s rock bands still going, Wikipedia indicates the only thing they are good for is keeping lawyers busy...

Nope
of course the NYC and Ashville shows are on tuesdays as I could see road triping to either for this show
