Got an email last week about an anthem one year anniversary poster they are making available to FWB...pickup is at Anthem box office

Just posting this in case anyone interested did not get or see email

Apparently poster has all shows from first year listed on it

Last email I received from FWB was for the fanny pack. This poster may actually be something of interest to me. Anyone know if an order needs to be placed online or can someone show up with their ID to purchase?

Email says bring photo id and fwb card wouldn’t hurt first come first served from anthem box during regular hours...from nov 26 to dec 24

I think any fwb will be given a poster

FYI, supposedly only those who were emailed about the poster can receive one. I went to the box office on Saturday evening with my FwB card and left empty handed :/

but when I went to the friend.930.com site...got the same error as you

anyone else having issues that their attendance points are not posting to the account? i've emailed from the FWB twice and sent an email directly to the email address with no luck.

you have to go to the table at the show to get your attendance points (930/UST they do it right at the door)
They have typically credited me for showed if I send them a scan of the ticket via email
but their communication is not very responsive, but I hate to bad mouth them as I'm now on my 5th free ticket

yes, that's exactly what i do for the attendance points.  and i present my card and email address associated with it when purchasing tickets at the box office.

in my communication with them i have included the order # and ticket #.

prior experience has been positive-replies and action within 72 hours. i'm going on 2 weeks now.
