Somebody has finally figured out the source of wealth in the JA

So says the financial times

Who broke the sperm bank?

<MAKE IT STOP> Inside the market for super-premium semen

American sperm has become one of the country’s priciest resources. By weight, super-premium semen ($4,000 or more for a gramme) now costs more than Beluga caviar (up to $3 a gramme for roe), which represents a tenfold rise in price over the past decade.

Having read the article it's safe to assume that JA is at the top of "distribution" chain for this sacred product (see what I did there) as the wankers (sorry not sorry) at the bottom only get $50 to $100 a pop

Was going to post this in AGAT but it's really the modern equivalent of "Let Them Eat Cake" so more appropriate here

Do you think citizens of JA look at the price of the Champane they are buying

one note
"This will be great for the Wine and Champagne businesses in the U.S.,” Trump
Odd that there are Champagne businesses in the U.S.?  Isn't it illegal to call it that unless it comes from a region in France?

Edit...noted High End Vinter Cook's has found a loophole
Cook's California Champagne Brut

Edit 2 - we have The Treaty of Versailles to thank for this loophole
because although the United States signed the treaty, the Senate never ratified the treaty.

well played low end US vinters...
in 2005, the U.S. and the EU reached an agreement. In exchange for easing trade restrictions on wine, the American government agreed that California Champagne, Chablis, Sherry and a half-dozen other ‘semi-generic’ names would no longer appear on domestic wine labels – that is unless a producer was already using one of those names.

i am very much not down with the "brick chic" aesthetic.  no way FLW would approve of this.  keep the outdoors outdoors.

also: for $8.75M, i expect a non-cracked driveway

So much of it looks so civic center or high school.
