You know, how about you spend less time looking up videos trying to defend fatties and more time responding to my thoughtful queries about Montreal?!

I think sweetcell's 29.1 BMI makes him a little touchy on this subject.
I'm willing to wager his weight has probably fluctuated one way or another since 2010. He met his wife at the gym, iirc!

i'm not defending fatties per se.  i'm pointing out how hollow and weak the fat-shaming "arguments" are.

here's why i have such a visceral reaction: we have too much hate in the world.  hate does nothing but hurt and alienate.  we are social animals and we do better when we are connected.  nothing good has ever come from hate.  if you truly care about the obesity epidemic, do something constructive about it.  firing off hatred from behind a keyboard only makes the world a worse place.

edit: please listen to this political "hambeast".  his message of compassion applies.  i'm not a fan of the man but this stuff resonates.

and more time responding to my thoughtful queries about Montreal?!

yeah yeah, i'll get to it... right after i finish my fifth burrito ;D

i haven't been back to MTL in a long, long time and i've never been to that festival so not sure how useful i'll be.

I think sweetcell's 29.1 BMI makes him a little touchy on this subject.

gee-gee-dub, you're awesome :)  i'm a little lower these days, in case you're worried about me.

Life Pro Tip: if you are concerned about getting a parking ticket, keep your car running with the window wipers on high, rendering the officer unable to place the ticket on your windshield.

But enabling any would be theif to take your car at will

Knew this guy I was working with and was trying to get in touch with him all morning for a project we were working on
Dude:my car was just stolen, I've been dealing with the police
Me: that sucks man, what happened?
Dude: so I swing by 7-11 and run in to get a cup of coffee. I get out there and it's gone
Me: WTF! that really sucks.
Dude: yeah I left it running with the keys in
Me:....(umm...what do I respond here...you are a freaking idiot and deserve to get your car stolen)

Move the car back to where you were parked and place the parking ticket back on the windshield. Taxi home. Call police and report car stolen.

Contest it in court, demand your constitutional right to face your accuser and hope the cop is not there. If he/she shows up, play the race card and hope they are, to put it succinctly, Mark Furman-esque under cross examination.

See if the locality in which you got the ticket has any sort of diversion program for individuals of reduced financial means. Cite your 972 sq foot shanty and two children.

Dude, I have THE foolproof way to beat a parking ticket, check it:
1) Put ticket in hand
2) Place on kitchen table
3) Go get checkbook
4) Open it
5) Write check for $45
6) Mail to Parking Adjudication

Seriously for real, this is 100% effective to PWN those NOT DOPE DOPES

[Metermaids HATE him!]
