To add some context to your italicized summation, what you're calling "meat" is "human DNA" which speaks more to unhygienic production standards (which is obviously alarming on its own) more than a bait-and-switch where people are labeling something vegetarian when it is not.

The article was actually kind of confusing and rambled from one finding to another and back again.  Making it hard to know if they were talking about the dna (which could just be dandruff...umm yuk) or actual meat in the veggie hotdogs
But it did clearly say in a variety of products, chicken, beef, turkey and lamb appeared specifically where they were not supposed to

If this was directed at me: I don't recall, at any point, ever even advocating other people to consider a vegetarian diet, much less being self-righteous about it.
