This is the most depressing thread ever.

I got a physical at 42 and promised myself to get one every year thereafter. It's seven years later and I still haven't gotten another...as I start approaching the age in life where shit is more likely to go wrong.

i got a "physical" last year.. seemed pretty easy... i assume if you have a primary care physician you go in every year....
