just like any other country in the world, there are canadian rappers. unfortunately the two that you would recognize used to rap a lot more, nowadays they tend to sing more: Drake and The Weeknd.  i doubt that names like the Dream Warriors, K-os, Abdominal, Rascalz, etc. would mean much to you (understandably).

I think its closer to 38 mill
but correct me if I'm wrong, but the Canadian version of the 3/5ths compromise is that it allows Moose to be counted as a part of that number
